Week Five: Sweet, sweet indulgent dessert!

Last week was dinner so let's follow it up with dessert. Anyone who knows me, will tell you I have a thing for crème brulée and champagne... but who doesn't love a good chocolate indulgence every now and then... So I propose a trip to San Diego to Eclipse Chocolat for a fantastic long and late brunch. I have heard their Baked Brie en Croute with blackberry - mustard jus & hasselback potato and Rose Petal-Burnt Caramel Creme Caramel are absolutely sinful.

The world's ending so whose calorie counting! Whoo-hoo!
